Job Description

I’m currently partnering with a leading global organisation to find a Principal Network Engineer to join their team in Ireland (Cork or Dublin). This is a senior, hands-on role with real impact — perfect for someone who thrives in complex, high-scale environments.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing and delivering resilient data centre, campus, and WAN network solutions
Driving large-scale network initiatives from design through to Day 2 operations
Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical issues
Collaborating across infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Ensuring robust monitoring, scalability, and operational readiness
What we’re looking for:
12–15 years’ experience across enterprise networking (DC, campus, WAN, hybrid cloud)
Strong expertise in routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN)
Experience with Cisco, Arista, HPE, or Aruba technologie...
