- The Principal Operations Engineer manages a team of Engineers for the preparation and execution offshore pipeline and umbilical precommissioning/commissioning operations.
- Develop pre-commissioning and commissioning philosophies for 98/2 offshore/onshore pipeline and
umbilical works. - Selection of the required pre-com/commissioning and marine spreads.
- Detailed planning for all work locations.
- Coordinate engineering and planning for the timely execution of the work scope.
- Detailed reviewing of internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports, procedures, risk assessments,
scopes of work, subcontracts). - Coordinate the definition and ordering of equipment and installation aids.
- Coordinate specifying and selecting suitable pre-com/commissioning spreads and vessels.
