Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Technology focused Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, and/or Organizational Design experience within several of our focus industries for our workforce transformation.
About the role
The successful applicant will have experience developing and implementing work in their aforementioned specialty on technology programs that mitigate the risks associated with process and technology changes in order to ensure business continuity and value realization.
Applicant should have experience with solutions including but not limited to OCM strategies and plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, job and organizational design, HR policy alignment, change impact assessments, business readiness planning and assessments, culture change, training needs assessment and curriculum, training content development, operating models, organizational strategy, or HR functional experience...
