Execution & Scaling
Lead partnership lifecycle across markets: from concept validation to contracting, implementation, and performance tracking.
Develop and scale standardized processes, toolkits, and best practices to streamline partnership delivery across markets.
Ensure that partnership implementation quality remains consistent across all markets and touchpoints.
Define success metrics and drive fast iterations on partnership, based on the outcomes, while working with internal teams and partners.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
Support Sr. Director in coordination between CIO Office, MDs, and key regional teams to ensure alignment and governance of all partnership initiatives.
Partner closely with Tech, Product, Legal, and Finance to assess feasibility, technical integration effort, and ROI.
