An opportunity has arisen for a Principal - People and Culture, to partner with our Corporate and Shared Service functions. You will play a key role in driving People and Culture initiatives to deliver our People strategy and support the broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
• Lead the design and delivery of key people initiatives, including leadership development, talent management, remuneration, workforce planning and engagement programs.
