About the Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We are seeking a senior practitioner, preferably a NZ‑registered psychologist, with experience in working with tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau, ideally in the areas of mental health and disability.
The role includes contributing to the design and delivery of practice training, coaching and supporting Practice Leaders with complex situations, and providing practice advice and tools that build organisational capability in mental health and disability practice across services at Kia Puāwai
The successful candidate will engage within a multidisciplinary practice framework that includes psychology, demonstrating strong collaborative capability and a genuine openness to diverse knowledge systems and ways of working.
