Principal Product Designer (Madrid)

What you’ll do

• Own the Events experience end to end, shaping what’s worth solving across personas and event stages.
• Lead strategic conversations across your triad and with leadership, shaping direction and scope.
• Partner with PM, engineering, and our events support team from the earliest stages of scope‑setting, driving execution with craft and speed once direction is set.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand customer problems, translating insights into clear, intuitive experiences that reduce complexity and guide users toward confident outcomes.
• Bridge user needs and business goals, ensuring design has a clear voice in shaping what gets built and why.
• Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude and Cursor to explore interaction patterns early, accelerate decision‑making, and shorten the path from idea to shipped product.
