Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom OSS/BSS projects, including Charging & Billing, OSM, and UIM.
Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to manage project scope, planning, estimation, and execution.
Oversee solution design, integration, customization, and implementation aligned with industry standards.
Define inventory and discovery reconciliation models and guide data modeling engagements with vendors and service providers.
Understand and drive automation requirements for order management and network build processes.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, partners, and present confidently to CxO-level stakeholders.
Manage multi-vendor project environments and coordinate onsite/offshore delivery resources.
Ensure delivery quality while adhering to project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) and engineering best practices.
