Principal Project Account Manager

**Job Description**



+ Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom OSS/BSS projects, including Charging & Billing, OSM, and UIM.

+ Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to manage project scope, planning, estimation, and execution.

+ Oversee solution design, integration, customization, and implementation aligned with industry standards.

+ Define inventory and discovery reconciliation models and guide data modeling engagements with vendors and service providers.

+ Understand and drive automation requirements for order management and network build processes.

+ Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, partners, and present confidently to CxO-level stakeholders.

+ Manage multi-vendor project environments and coordinate onsite/offshore delivery resources.

+ Ensure delivery quality while adhering to project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) and engineering best practices.
