Principal SAFe Release Train Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable SAFe Release Train Specialist (RTE) to lead the execution and continuous improvement of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs), aligning team members across multiple Agile teams.
• Plan and orchestrate all key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Ensure continuous flow of value by proactively identifying and resolving cross‑team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Partner with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to align on vision, priorities, and delivery commitments.
• Promote transparency and data‑driven decision‑making through effective communication, reporting, and metrics tracking.
