Role Summary
The role involves leading process development activities for recombinant and synthetic peptides with a strong focus on scientific rigor, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The position requires hands-on expertise in downstream purification processes, including low-pressure chromatography, reversed-phase chromatography, and freeze-drying operations. The individual will design and optimize processes using statistical tools and methodologies such as Design of Experiments (DoE) and Quality by Design (QbD), ensuring robust and scalable peptide/protein production workflow.
The role also includes comprehensive data evaluation, interpretation, and presentation to cross‑functional teams, along with proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of purification steps to ensure consistent process performance.
