Principal Site Engineer | Tout le Maroc (Morocco)

SOGEA Maroc is recruiting a principal site engineer whose main role will be to plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of construction sites or site areas under their responsibility, while adhering to safety and quality standards and aiming for customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks will include:

Preparing and organizing construction sites: defining resource and equipment needs, preparing budgets, establishing execution schedules based on input data;

Supervising site progress, monitoring budgets, controlling resource allocation and equipment supply;

Coordinating the actions of various stakeholders (subcontractors, quality, HSE, etc.) and ensuring communication with clients/project managers;

Managing and coordinating the various team leaders (construction, safety, quality) assigned to the sites or site areas under their responsibility;
