About the Role
 /Product Development TeamWe are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead a team of product engineers in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions at Blue Yonder and provide strategic technical leadership for our Generative AI initiatives.
In this role, you'll shape the architectural direction of our AI systems, lead complex engineering challenges, and drive innovation across our technology stack.
What you’ll do:
Establish the technical vision and architectural foundations for our generative AI platforms and products
Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale AI systems that push technical boundaries
Design and build scalable, high-performance solutions.
Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve efficiency. 
Build distributed AI systems that handle high-throughput workloads.
