Principal Software Engineer

Working as a Principal Software Engineer, you will:

• Drive the full lifecycle of software solutions, from architectural design through development to production deployment


• Build and evolve AI-powered, customer-focused systems using modern GenAI tools and agent-based development approaches


• Design complex components and features while ensuring scalability, reliability, and high quality


• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Managers to shape roadmaps and deliver solutions aligned with business goals


• Influence and improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and best practices


• Lead, mentor, and support Software Engineers and Quality Analysts, including reviewing code and test strategies
