Principal, Software Engineering - Finance & Reinsurance

About the role We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Principal, Software Engineering, to lead complex engineering efforts and guide architectural decisions across the portfolio. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, business acumen and mentorship, playing a critical part in driving innovation and delivering scalable, reliable systems.

Principal Engineer will focus on solving complex business problems by leveraging fit for purpose technologies not limited to API, microservices, cloud, SAAS, AI and additionally on improving software engineering processes, optimizing time-to-market, and mentoring software engineers across organization.
