Principal Strategist - Defence Estate and Infrastructure

The NZDF estate is one of the largest and most complex property portfolios in Aotearoa New Zealand – comprising of approximately 81,000 hectares and over 5,000 buildings across camps, bases, training areas and strategic locations.
Defence Estate and Infrastructure (DEI)'s vision is a fit for purpose, resilient and sustainable estate for the delivery of Defence outputs.
This is a senior, influential role operating at the front-end of infrastructure investment. You will lead the development of long-term estate master planning and investment pathways that shape how and where NZDF will operate over decades to come.
Working across NZDF, the Ministry of Defence, and central agencies, you will:
