About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and highly experienced Study Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bring specialised knowledge and support project teams in delivering successful and value-accretive projects.

This role involves updating and supporting BHP’s approach to study management and developing the necessary frameworks, strategies, and processes to ensure the business meets these standards. The Study Management SME will be responsible for disseminating this approach across various regions, establishing support and governance structures as needed. Additionally, this role is crucial in fostering a culture of care within global and regional project teams. Key responsibilities include empowering employees with the skills and capabilities required to meet the defined service offerings, equipping leaders with the tools to manage their teams effectively and facilitating cross-regional engagement.
