Job Description

Serve as subject matter expert for sub‑contractual matters under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

Responsibilities

• Solicitate and evaluate proposals, negotiate and prepare complex subcontracts, monitor subcontractor performance, and document subcontract files in accordance with established Procurement Policies and Procedures.
• Identify potential sources for required materials or services and develop and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Receive, review, and negotiate subcontractor proposals.
