Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end‐user support for Oracle through a structured ticketing system, resolving technical inquiries efficiently.Complete audits to ensure data integrity within Oracle, conducting detailed analysis and effectively implementing resolutions.Assist in data conversion activities, including mass data loads (HSDLs), to maintain data accuracy.Collaborate with multi‐functional teams to ensure efficient support and successful project outcomes.Provide core HR data support related to Workday in conjunction with other teams.Conduct in‐depth research on system issues, proposing and implement...
