Your job is to
scrutinize every system in the company

You will:

• identify waste and unnecessary complexity
• strip out what does not work
• optimize what does
• redesign systems so they run correctly without decision-making

We are looking for someone with
strong first-principles thinking
who is confident they can
systematize any problem
.

If a system requires people to think, decide, or interpret, it is broken.
