Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)

Compensation: Up to £130,000 per annum plus benefits

We are engaged by a rapidly scaling AI‑driven SaaS business to hire a Principal Tech Team Lead (Front End) to help shape the next phase of its engineering growth.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this high‑impact leadership role combines technical strategy, people leadership and hands‑on engineering within a modern product‑led environment. The company is entering a major growth phase after a Series B round, launching new products and scaling its engineering organisation significantly over the next 12‑24 months.
