Principal Technical Program Manager, OCI AI Infrastructure & Architecture

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is scaling at an unprecedented pace to support the next generation of AI-driven workloads. We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support engagement and AI capacity buildout for large-scale enterprise customers, acting as the execution owner across customers, data center design and architecture, engineering, and infrastructure. 

This is a high-visibility, high-ambiguity role with direct influence on OCI business decisions, investment priorities, and r­egional capacity strategy. You will operate with limited support in problem spaces where requirements are incomplete, architectural tradeoffs are complex, and decisions have material impact on OCI’s long-term platform direction and customer commitments. Success in this role requires technical depth and breadth, strong business judgment, and the ability to drive clarity and execution without predefined playbooks.
