Principal Temporary Works Design Engineer

We are currently looking for a Principal Design Engineer to working for a highly regarded Tier 1 Contractor within their temporary works and technical services team. This is overseeing temporary work solutions across all sectors; energy, build, highways, rail etc.The ideal candidate will have experience working for well established contractors prior and will have experience working with both permanent design and temporary works design.

Role and responsibilities :

• Coordination between the design, site team and client.
• Managing all construction on site temporary works
• Approving works
• Issuing permits to workforce
• Producing required quality assurance related documentation

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree/HNC or equivalent
• Chartered
• TWC ticket
