Must-have Skills

• 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years in cross-functional product roles (PM, Product Designer, Design Lead)
• Proven stakeholder management skills — comfortable interviewing executives, facilitating workshops, and managing conflicting priorities
• Requirements gathering expertise — skilled at asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and translating ambiguous needs into clear specifications
• Technical fluency — can discuss API design, data models, system architecture, and technical tradeoffs with engineering teams
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience — comfortable with sprint-based delivery, iterative development, and rapid pivots
