Global AMHS Operations Support
Act as the global lead for critical issue resolution and technical support regarding AMHS operational concerns across manufacturing sites.
Partner with site AMHS operations staff to resolve sophisticated, cross-system, or systemic issues impacting uptime, cycle time, or safety.
Lead root cause analysis for recurrent or high-impact AMHS events, driving permanent corrective actions and systemic improvements.
Define and govern AMHS operational best-known methods (BKMs), recovery playbooks, and standard response approaches across sites.
