Print Operations Engineer

Overview We are seeking a Printer Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise printing infrastructure across HP Laser, Zebra, and small-format printers. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient printing operations while collaborating with IT teams to maintain enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HP Laser, Zebra, and small printers (excluding firmware issues)
• Manage HP tool and server updates via Security Manager and Advance
• Add, manage, and update printers and policies across the enterprise environment
• Report and remediate compliance issues to maintain secure operations
• Support Direct IP Printer Logic for profile changes, drivers, queues, metrics, and printer updates
• Handle Webjet Admin discovery and remediation, including templates, groups, and CMDB integration
