Print Production Coordinator

Job Overview
The purpose of this position is to deliver full service print and fulfilment services for patient recruitment materials and appreciation items. The role would be responsible for the day-to-day workflow within team to ensure the development of strategically priced, high quality print materials, while meeting business demands for efficiency. Contribute to the effective management of projects within IQVIA Patient and Site Centric Solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Production Coordinator liaises with Production Managers to ensure delivery orders are written and accurate instruction is given to the printer/supplier.
• Ensures pro forma invoices are provided to country site specialists for approval to dispatch.
• Works with suppliers to provide additional information if necessary for pro forma approval.
