Print Server / Canon Flow Administrator

Position Overview The Print Server / Canon Flow Administrator manages the organizations print infrastructure, including Windows print servers, Canon multifunction devices, and Canon uniFLOW/Workflow solutions. This role also coordinates equipment moves, supports newsite deployments, and oversees printrelated leases to ensure smooth operations across all locations. Key Responsibilities Print Server Administration Maintain and administer Windows print servers, including queue creation, driver updates, and print spooler health. Monitor print server performance and proactively resolve issues affecting availability or speed. Configure secure print release, print policies, and access controls. Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades. Canon Device & uniFLOW Administration Configure and maintain Canon MFDs, including firmware updates and fleet monitoring.
