Printed Circuit Board Designer

Syncro is growing, and we're looking for a PCB Design & Hardware Engineer to join our core engineering team. If you're passionate about building reliable embedded hardware and taking products from concept to production, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Design and review schematics for embedded systems and IoT products
• Multi-layer PCB layout (signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC considerations)
• Component selection, BOM preparation, and cost optimization
• Bring-up, debugging, and validation of custom hardware
• Work closely with firmware engineers during integration
• Support prototype builds and production handover
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, KiCad, EasyEDA, etc.)
• Solid understanding of:
• Power supply design (LDOs, buck/boost, battery charging)
• MCU-based systems (ESP32, STM32, nRF, etc.)
• High-speed interfaces (USB, SPI, I2C, UART, ...
