Job Title: Printer Service Sales Department – Management Trainee

Department: Printer Service Sales / After-Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Service Sales & Business Development

• Learn and assist in selling printer service solutions such as maintenance contracts, repair services, spare parts, and consumables
• Support the preparation of service quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Assist in identifying sales opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
• Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings

Customer Relationship Management

• Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships
