Printer Field Technician

This position is responsible in providing client support with new and prospective clients as well as internal clients to effectively discuss the features and benefits of Delsan software product solutions.
The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients.
Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customers Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customers service standards.
Provides Technical support to all Departments in Product Demonstration.
Performs other responsibilities to meet overall Goals/Objectives of the company.
Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
