Printer Security Printing

Key Responsibilities

• To operate Komori LS629, Heidelberg SM52-5+L,Heidelberg SM52-2NP & KBA Mini Orloff III assigned by Assistant Manager Printing.
• Setup the production equipment and plate management, mixed inks before executing the job orders.
• Set and run jobs according to Planner schedule.
• Checking and monitoring to ensure colour density will be follow light, standard and dark colour requirement (+/- 10% colour tolerance) that has been approved by team.
• To maintain printing quality and to meet customer specifications.
• Accountable for quality and end result of printing.
• Responsible to fill up production documentation such a Job Order and Machineries Record.
• To adhere to company policy and requirement on environmental and quality management system.
• Report immediately all irregularities to their Printing team leader / Superior.
