Overview We are seeking a Printer Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise printing infrastructure across HP Laser, Zebra, and small-format printers. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient printing operations while collaborating with IT teams to maintain enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot HP Laser, Zebra, and small printers (excluding firmware issues)
Manage HP tool and server updates via Security Manager and Advance
Add, manage, and update printers and policies across the enterprise environment
Report and remediate compliance issues to maintain secure operations
Support Direct IP Printer Logic for profile changes, drivers, queues, metrics, and printer updates
Handle Webjet Admin discovery and remediation, including templates, groups, and CMDB integration
Qualifications
