Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs for printers, copiers, and multifunction devices (laserjet and inkjet).
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and set up new machines at client locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related printer/copier issues.
• Provide product demonstrations and basic user training to clients.
