Prior Authorization

We are seeking an experienced
Pediatric Prior Authorization Specialist
to manage insurance authorizations for pediatric procedures, imaging, medications, and treatments. This role requires hands-on experience working within
Office Practicum (EMR)
and a strong understanding of pediatric clinical documentation and managed care authorization requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate prior authorizations and uninterrupted patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain prior authorizations for pediatric services, including but not limited to:

• Pediatric endoscopy and EGD procedures

• Formula feeding
• MRIs and other diagnostic imaging
• Infusions

• Specialty and pediatric medications
