Job Description
Acxiom is seeking a Privacy Attorney to assist the Chief Privacy Officer in interpreting privacy-related legislation; drafting internal policies and procedures; management of the internal privacy impact assessment (PIA) program and providing legal advice to the Privacy Team and Business. They will offer practical guidance regarding decisions of strategic and tactical nature affecting Acxiom and its clients.Act as a legal point of contact on behalf of the Privacy Team Conduct privacy, security, and AI-related legal research on a federal, state, and international level Prepare and provide legal opinions regarding internal processes and procedures, Acxiom data use cases and special projects with guidance from the Chief Privacy Officer Assess the impact of proposed laws, regulations, cases, industry policies and Acxiom’s self-regulation policies, all to provide advice to affected stakeholders on compliance Maintain the list...
