Private Assets Operations

Responsibilities
Supporting deal execution from initial setup to completion
Monitoring existing investments and fund operations
Managing events such as transitions, restructurings, or closures
Applying a strong understanding of fund mechanics and documentation
Overseeing fund operations and transaction workflows
Handling cash movements, FX activities, settlements, and transfer agency matters
Preparing reports and key operational metrics
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline
Chartered Accountant qualification is an advantage
At least 5 years of relevant experience in private assets, fund operations, or similar roles
Strong command of written and spoken English, with solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
