Private Banking Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Description:

1. Support PB RMs to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention, and be able to handle daily business-as-usual tasks.
2. Understanding of all account opening, maintenance, closure, transfers, KYC and transaction monitoring requirements to support the PB RMs to ensure compliance. Liaise with clients on behalf of PB RMs to obtain relevant information in order for PB RMs to fulfil such requirements.
3. Support the PB RMs to manage client meetings and travel arrangements.
4. Understand client requirements and assist PB RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships.
5. Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients' instructions, monitor funds for payment, receiving client’s instructions and signed forms.
6. Support client’s requests and follow through client’s instructions to ensure timely execution of instructions.
