PRIVATE BANKING TEAM HEAD

Overview

We are representing our client, an established multi-national bank, to look for a Private Banking (PB) Team Head to lead and manage all the PB Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers in the Singapore Branch.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer base, enhance PB products and services to meet the department designated business plan while adhering to the Bank and PB policies and procedures.
• Maintain client business relationship.
• Supervise and mentor the PB Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers to meet their respective KPIs.
• Review and/or approve the ongoing exception transactional requests, customer due diligence and documentation submitted by the Relationship Managers.
• Manage the staff resources and staff training to ensure the continuity of business activities and customer service.
• Complete tasks and deliver projects assigned by the Management.
