Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Chef to prepare wholesome Chinese meals for a family residing in a private residence.

The ideal candidate is someone with a background similar to a confinement nanny or an auntie-style home cook, who can provide nourishing home-cooked food in a respectful and calm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, focusing on Chinese dishes such as soups, steamed fish, stir-fried vegetables, and herbal dishes.
• Plan and organize weekly menus based on the family's dietary preferences and needs.
• Manage kitchen supplies and assist with grocery shopping for menu preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Occasionally prepare light refreshments or special dishes upon request.
• Ensure timely meal preparation in line with taste and dietary requirements.
