Private Chef Vancouver, BC Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Private Chef for a residence in Vancouver. The successful applicant will be required to prepare lunch, and dinner for the family. The typical work hours are 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants should be flexible with their schedules and be available for some weekends and holidays with notice. This is a full-time, live-out position. Primary Responsibilities: Daily cooking required; preparing Lunch and dinner, providing healthy creative delicious meals, snacks, and the occasional breakfast the night before Knowledge of different dietary needs ie, Diabetic friendly meals Grocery shopping, knowledge of procuring fine, fresh ingredients Menu planning, track and keep records of menus to avoid repetition of meals Organizing food supply and kitchen inventory; tracking expenses for kitchen inventory Maintain a clean kitchen and workspace daily Applicant Qualities: Excellent English communication skills and professional pers...
