We are seeking a well rounded Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our clients renowned and down to earth Private Client team. You will join a highly respected and established department specialising in wills and estate planning, managing a diverse caseload of private client matters. These will include the preparation of wills, drafting documents, deeds, and letters, providing estate and tax (mainly inheritance tax) planning advice, and advising in the administration of estates for lay executors as well as where the firm is appointed as professional executor.
