Private Client Solicitor 2 years PQE + Northampton

Tollers is looking for a Private Client Solicitor 2 years PQE + to join the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established and very experienced team. The vacancy we have is in our Trusts & Estates Business Unit based at our Northampton office, managing existing clients & building on the client base.

You must be confident in promoting yourself and the business via networking, local marketing and business development.

You will have considerable experience in managing your own caseload and working with clients with the following matters –

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Estate planning advice, including inheritance tax planning;
• Create & administer trusts;
• Court of Protection/Administration of clients affairs;
• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney;
• Drafting of estate/trust accounts;
