Private Client Solicitor

We are recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and well-established Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fee earner who is keen to support departmental growth.

Experience & Qualification

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE (applications from those with slightly less experience will be considered)
• Strong experience in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Probate applications (including online probate)
• Ability to work towards reasonable and achievable billing targets

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload with increasing independence
• Prepare Wills and advise clients on estate planning matters
• Handle probate and estate administration matters, including online applications
• Draft and advise on LPAs
