Private Client/Probate Solicitors

Due to the expansion of our Private Client/Probate department , we have a variety of new positions which have arisen within GWCA for qualified Probate/Private Client Solicitors.

GWCA Solicitors provide legal services for individuals and businesses, with offices in Arundel, Broadwater, Goring, Hove, Lancing Rustington, Steyning and Worthing.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax/Care fee planning, Probate and all associated matters through to conclusion, including both grant only and estate administration with a mix of complex and straight forward cases. Working autonomously to proactively take on areas of file handling with minimum supervision and always providing excellent client care.
