Private Credit Associate

A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking a Private Credit Associate to join its Asia Credit team in Singapore.
Candidate Profile
3–4 years of relevant experience preferred
Background in private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, or investment banking
Investment banking candidates should have strong leveraged finance experience
Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and communication skills
Ties to Asia or a demonstrated interest in the region strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and execute private credit and structured financing investments across Asia
Build detailed financial models and conduct comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence
Support deal structuring, documentation review, and preparation of investment committee materials
Monitor portfolio investments and assist with ongoing asset management
Work closely with senior investment professionals across regional and global teams
