Private Credit Funds – Senior Associate

A leading private credit funds team at a top-tier firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, starting ASAP.

The role involves hands on support across private credit fund formation and operations, including drafting and negotiating fund documentation and working closely with sponsors and investors.

Requirements:

- Strong private credit / funds experience

- Senior Associate level (or equivalent)

- Available immediately or at short notice
