Private Doctor to UHNW Principal | Mediterranean Yacht Medicine and Strategic Health Stewardship

Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Private Doctor supporting a UHNW Principal across a private yacht itinerary in the Mediterranean, including the Greek Islands, Italy, Monaco, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve.

This role goes beyond reactive care. It is designed for a Doctor who can act as the Principal’s long-range clinical anchor: maintaining oversight of ongoing health priorities, identifying risk early, managing acute episodes when required, and coordinating access to premium diagnostics, hospital services, and specialist consultants across Europe.

The environment is private, mobile, and expectation-sensitive. You will be expected to bring calm judgement, discretion, and consistent clinical structure across both yacht-based travel and land-based stays, ensuring that medical continuity is preserved at every stage of the itinerary.
