Private Equity Analyst

We are seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join a high-performing Private Markets investment team in London, focused on private equity co-investments and fund investments across Europe and globally.

This role is ideal for candidates with 18–24 months of investment banking M&A experience who are looking to transition into the buy-side and gain hands-on exposure to direct private equity investing alongside leading sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate private equity co-investment opportunities across buyout, growth, and special circumstances
• Support due diligence processes including financial modelling, valuation analysis, industry research, and investment memos
• Analyze and monitor private equity fund investments and underlying portfolio companies
