Private Equity Associate (Buyout Fund; prefers IB experience)

Role Overview

The Investment Associate will play a critical role in end-to-end deal execution, with a strong emphasis on control-oriented investments across industries. The role requires a hands-on investor mindset, combining rigorous financial analysis with commercial judgment and the ability to engage directly with management teams across Southeast Asia.

Investment Execution (Core Focus)

• Lead detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis, including LBO modelling, returns attribution, and scenario analysis.
